A small shopping centre which connects Alpha Tower to Paradise Circus.  It sits beside and below the Birmingham Conservatoire at the outside edge of the Central Library complex above Paradise Circus.  I suppose that it will be demolished along with the rest of the complex once the new Central Library opens in 2013.
