This tower block was designed by Sidney Kaye and Eric Firmin & Partners, the architects of the nearby 338 Euston Road.  The 36-storey building rises 124 metres above the Hampstead Road.  In recent times the building was refurbished by Arup.  Cafés and shops are located at street level.  Among the occupants of the tower are HM Revenue & Customs and W S Atkins, the engineering company.
