Described by Coventry Council as its Civic Centre 4, this 14-storey tower is located on Much Park Street between the Magistrates Court and the Crown Court.  I have been unable to find out when it was built or who designed it, although I suspect it may have been the city architects department.  I am suspecting that it belongs in the 1970s so I have placed it there until I learn differently.  It features an interesting almost exoskeleton with the windows set back creating what might be a balcony on each floor.
