A large office building at the junction of Tithebarn Street and Old Hall Street in Liverpool's city centre.  It appears to date from the 1970s and features ribbed brown cladding and protruding mirror windows.  The building has had a recent refurbishment to all of the vacant floor plates and the addition of a new entrance and reception facilities.
