- Inside -

One of the first things you notice as you enter the church is the bronze statue of John the Baptist pointing towards the tabernacle.  The statue is based upon the scripture references:  "Behold the lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world" and, "He is john the voice of one crying in the desert."  The statue is by Josef Welling.

The church's booklet explains (if I translated it correctly) that, "The tabernacle, easter chandelier, altar, baptismal font and the large cross were designed and sculpted by Ms. Musse - Florin.  The material is cast aluminum."  The tapestry on the wall behind the altar is also by Frau Müsse - Florin.
