Description
This tower block at the corner of Via Cernia and Corso Bolzano was built as the headquarters of the Directorate General of  Radiotelevisione Italiana, Italy's national public broadcaster.  It was one of the first tall buildings constructed in Torino after WWII.  The tower is part of a complex of buildings which together occupy a whole block.  The 72 metre tower has a steel frame with glass and aluminium curtain walls.  At street level the building features an arcade like those found in adjacent older buildings.
