The Hide Tower is a pre-cast concrete tower comprising 23 floors providing 162 flats.    It was apparently built on the site of a nursery and the garden around it was the site of a small terrace of houses.  A resident's blog indicates that approximately one quarter of the flats are privately rented, half are rented by Westminster Council and the rest are owner occupied.
