This development, built for Hampstead Borough Council, has three components: an indoor car park; two twenty-storey residential towers (called Snowman and Casterbridge); and two eight-storey blocks of flats (called Emminster and Hinstock).  Bridges cross Belsize Road and Abbey Road connecting together each of the elements.
