| The Česká národní banka, or ČNB,
is the Czech National Bank. This
recently refurbished complex is its
headquarters, made up of two
buildings. The main building is a
banking house originally built for the Czech
bank, Živnostenská banka. The second
building, built in 1895 is called the
Commodity Exchange. The refurbishment
took 33 months to complete and cost CZK 4.8
billion. |
