Description
If I understand the plaque below, that is attached to the entrance to the building, Paradeplatz 6, was built in three stages between 1940 and 1960, to a design by the architect Roland Rohn.  Reference is made to Otto Rudolf Salvisberg having won a competition for the Swiss Bank Corporation in 1931.  I gather that Rohn was associated with Salvisberg.

The occupant of this large office building is the Union Bank of Switzerland.  Above the entrance is a large relief sculpture by Franz Fischer.

I imagine that Fischer is also responsible for other sculptures further along the building's facade.
