Description
33 Cavendish Street is an iconic high-rise mixed-use building located between Oxford Street and Cavendish Square.  A number of taller blocks rise up above the 3-storey podium, the most prominent being two towers arranged perpendicular to each other.  The taller of the two containing 19 floors of office with plant above that.

The building is home to a number of large and small retail units, a pub, a bank and large areas of office space.  Apparently, it was originally a development of the Coal Board Pension Fund.  They sold it in 2005 for a reported £425million.
