33 Cavendish Street is an iconic high-rise
mixed-use building located between Oxford
Street and Cavendish Square. A number
of taller blocks rise up above the 3-storey
podium, the most prominent being two towers

The taller of the two containing 19 floors
of office with plant above that.![]() ![]() The building is home
to a number of large and small retail
units, a pub, a bank and large areas of
office space. Apparently, it was
originally a development of the Coal
Board Pension Fund. They sold it
in 2005 for a reported £425million.
