Description
Kippelsbro is a bascule bridge that carries Børsgade across Copenhagen's inner harbour into Christianshavn.  It is the fifth bridge to occupy this site dating back to 1618.  Apparently, the name derives from Hans Knip who was the caretaker of the 17th Century version of the bridge.
