Description
The Grade II Listed Grosvenor Housing Estate in Westminster was designed by Edwin Lutyen and built between1929 and 1935.  The estate comprises seven blocks with five of them on Page Street and the remaining two on Vincent Street.  The U-shaped blocks are faced with grey bricks and white render in a checkerboard pattern. 



The Page Street blocks are named Bennett House, Edric House, Abady House, Tothill House and Rogers House.  The smaller blocks on Vincent Street are called Duke's House and Princess Mary House.



The courtyards created within the blocks feature rendered access galleries.




Each courtyard has a small lodge building with a pyramidal roof.  In 2017 some of the lodges have been converted into small business premises.
