This elegant art-deco building, which occupies an island site at the junction of New Quay Street and Quay Street, was once a garage.  Today it is an office building.

As the sign indicates the rear of the building is occupied by PROVISION, a company that has been supplying equipment to the Film and TV industry since 1989.
