Two stones grace the front of this Salvation Army Building on Lincoln's High Street, one is the foundation stone dated February 10th 1912, and beside it the stone commemorating the opening on July 13th, 1912.  Thius seems to suggest that the building took a meer 5 months to construct.,



Whilst the building is not "Listed" it is included on Lincoln's inventory of "Buildings and Structures of Local Importance".
