Description
|
This Art Nouveau theatre building in central
Bergen opened for the first time on the 19th of
February, 1909. In 1920 an extension was
added on the northwest side. During World
War II the foyer and hall were damaged by
bombing. The building was apparently
refurbished in 2001 returning it to its original
splendour. Today, it contains three
performance spaces.
