The Premier Apartments building stands on Shudehill beside the Manchester Crown Plaza Hotel.  The large building runs from Shudehill along New George Street to High Street.  The apartment hotel offers one and two bedroom suites.  Retail shops occupy the street level.

On the High Street side the building abuts the former Smithfield Fish Market.  An art gallery occupies the ground floor.
