1 Hardman Boulevard is one of two new prestigious headquarters buildings for The Royal Bank of Scotland.  It is one of the largest commercial buildings in the region.  The banks Regional Executive Headquarters is close by at 1 Spinningfields Square.  The developers say of the building, "The 36,000 sq ft floor plates can be split into four and the building also divided into four separate entities. The ground and first floors surround a stunning atrium and are linked by escalators and provide communal areas for the staff consisting of a variety of multi-functional spaces, break out areas and a 500 person restaurant facility."
