Nick Everton House occupies the triangular site bound by Upper Brook Street, Plymouth Grove and Grafton Street.  This residential block offers accommodation to university students and key workers, including nurses and junior doctors from the nearby hospitals.



The building was designed by Makin Architecture and on their web site they say this of it: "Designed to bring affordable accommodation to key workers and students from the Manchester’s Royal Infirmary and Universities this 262,000sq.ft. landmark building provides 116 two bedroom key worker flats, and 358 student bedrooms as well as amenity space, office accommodation and retail space."  The three sides of the building enclose a central courtyard.
