Overseas House

Overseas House sits on the corner of Quay Street and Deansgate. 

It was designed by the architectural practice of Leach Rhodes & Walker and built circa 1974.  It features verticals clad in dark bricks with alternating slim white piers.  Tesco and Sainsbury's occupy the ground floor of the building.  The seven storey building has twelve bays on Quay Street and five on Deansgate.
