The Sovereign Point Apartment Tower sits beside the Lowry Outlet Mall just off the Quayside.  It is the sister building to Imperial Point which stands on the other end of the mall.  Completed in 2005, Sovereign Point is 20 storeys high.  This residential block has a grocery store at ground level.
