This former mill on Empress Street in Cornbrook has been converted into a residential complex with a new purpose built addition.  As you can see on the RAF aerial photograph from 1946, the mill sat in a conglomeration of industrial and commercial building close to Chester Road, the railway and the Pamona Docks.  The Pamona Docks lie abandoned today and the area is far less industrial/commercial and much more residential.
