Tour Four lies in the heart of the city's past and present financial district dominated by the impressive buildings erected by banks and insurance companies. Many of these building are now bars, restaurants, or offices but financial operations still dominate. John Dalton Street and Princess Street bisect the area and to the south lies Albert Square and the Town Hall.
