see how this development is woven into a
site that contains a number of protected
listed buildings, you almost need to look at
it from the air. On the ground it
manifests itself in the shape of 50 New Bond
Street, seen above, a retail unit with
curved bay windows separated by sculpted
faience . Around the corner on Maddox Street, at number 44, a modern residential building protrudes out from a terrace of listed buildings. This residential unit is six bays wide and features glass blocks between rows of windows.   |
