Description
A major residential and retail complex built as a joint venture between Christian Candy and Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani.  It incorporates 86 residential properties and three retail units.  It was rumoured that one of the penthouse units sold in 2010 for £140 million.  On June 21, 2011 a McLaren Automotive showroom opened in one of the retail units.

Apparently the complex also provides a private cinema, squash court, swimming pool, gym, a business suite and meeting rooms. In the two basement levels there is accommodation for 139 vehicles and 114 cycles.

The complex is built on the site of Bowater House, an office building that was demolished in 2006.  A bronze sculpture by Sir Jacob Epstein, "The Rush of Green", stood outside Bowater House and depicted a family reaching out towards Hyde Park.  This is apparently Epstein's final sculpture that he was working on the day that he died.  It now stands outside 1 Hyde Park.
