The hotel website says that it is, "Ideally positioned near the business district and convention centre and shopping complexes"  They add that the hotel offers, "211 stylish guest rooms and suites featuring floor-to-ceiling windows (and) an award-winning Italian restaurant, two bars, three spa treatment rooms and a health and fitness centre offering spectacular city views from the eighteenth floor."

The blue glass facade extends over the curved front of the building from street level to the roof.  The "Business Traveller" website describes the glass as, "turquoise fritted, meaning it is both coloured and reflective, providing 50 per cent solar protection."
