Delbruck Haus
occupies the corner of Bellevue Strasse
and Ebert Strasse on the edge of
Potsdamer Platz. Not far away is
the Kollhoff Tower also designed by the
architectural practice of Kollhoff
& Timmermann. The building has a
9-storey tower above an 8-storey base and
pays homage to the skyscrapers built in
American cities in the first half of the
20th Century. A truly mix-use
development, it provides office,
residential, retail and restaurant spaces. |
