Description
A 27-storey residential tower located at the end of Princes Quay on LIverpool's waterfront.  The architects describe it as, "a cluster of vertical elements. Vertical glass shafts extend at each end of the building contrasting with a singular massing element in the centre. The east and west elevations are wrapped by two continuously glazed full facades offering extraordinary views over the river and city."  They identify the challenge of the building being its location which required a "landmark building".  They feel that, "The building responds to this opportunity with its significant height, dynamic design and contemporary use of materials."
