Description
Minerva House is a roughly J-shaped, 6-storey office building clad in yellow brick.  The building features narrow windows between closely paired piers.  It is located beside the Thames close to London Bridge and wrapped around one corner of Southwark Cathedral's precinct.  Apparently, it was built in the 1980s for Grindlays Bank.  It was refurbished in 2006.  Along the way it has changed ownership selling in 2005 for £42 million and in 2012 for £60 million.
