One London Bridge - Southwalk, London, UK

Architect
John S. Bonnington
Date Built
Completed 1986
Location
On the southern approach to London Bridge
Description
One London Bridge is composed of two elements connected by an atrium.

The architects describe the development as follows, "The western building forms a gateway to the Hays Wharf re-development and the lower part is cut away adjacent to the Bridge, to provide an intermediate lower level, a west facing public concourse and route down to a new Riverside Walk. The void allows an early view of the City from the southern approach to London Bridge. The upper stories of the buildings, are angled to provide the office space with views towards St. Paul’s Cathedral and the London landmarks."
