Description
This cantilever bridge crosses the Sortland Strait connecting Langoya and Hinnoya.  It is one of four bridges built in the 1970s designed to provide a ferry-free road connection between the mainland and a number of islands. 





The bridge is 948 metres long, made up of 21 spans the longest of which is 150 metres.  It provides ships with a cleareance of 30 metres.
