Description
The Lyne railway bridge spans the M25 close to Junction 12.  It was designed by the Southern Region of British Rail in conjunction with Stressed Concrete Design Ltd for the Department of Transportation.  It comprises two 54.9 metre continuous skewed spans with an overall width of 11.6 metres.  Apparently, it was one of the first all concrete cable stayed railway bridges in the world.
