Description
When I took these photographs of New Court in 2014, the building was occupied by the London School of Business and Finance.  However, the long term future of this 1960s office building appears to involve demolition.  The plan, proposed in 2012 was, to replace it with two new blocks: an eight-floor 150,000 sq ft office block and a seven-floor 25,000 sq ft residential building, as well as an option for 5,000 sq ft of retail/cafe space at ground floor level.

In the Summary of the Planning Permission application, New Court is described as, "... of no particular architectural or historic interest and is identified in the Strand Conservation Area Audit as a 'negative building that is detrimental to the character and appearance of the conservation area' ".
