Description
The complex is made up of four blocks of flats around a central garden and parking area.  It is named after nearby Cundy Street which itself is probably named after the Cundy Family.  The Cundy's provided three generations of architects and builders who served the Grosvenor Estate.

Pevsner describes the flats as follows, "These funny creatures have the upright profiles and coloured cylindrical columns of the fifties, with the long rounded balconies of the thirties."
