Description
The Post Office building in Mammoth Springs, within Yellowstone National Park, has been nominated to the National Register of Historic Places in the US.  It is one of twelve post offices in Wyoming that were built to standardized US Post Office plans.  It features, "... an understated classical structure with a low hipped roof and rounded dormers."  Reflecting its location, a pair of bear sculptures flank the entrance steps.
