Description
St Patrick's Roman Catholic Church dominates Livesey Street in Collyhurst.  Pevsner describes it as Romanesque in style with Art Deco influences.  This wasn't the first church on this site and during the 19th Century a nunnery with an attached school sat nearby on the corner of Livesey Street and New Allen Street.  The old church was replaced by the one we see today but there are still remnants of the nunnery and the school is still operating.

St Patrick's Voluntary Aided Roman Catholic Primary School sits beside New Allen Street.

Beside it on Livesley Street is the rectory.
