The building at 127 Stamford Street was originally a W H Smith print works.  Today it is a modern residence comprising single ensuite rooms, arranged in groups of 4-8 rooms with a shared kitchen area. It sits on Stamford Street adjacent to the buildings of Kings College's Waterlooo Campus.  I don't know when it was built or who designed it but based on its Art Deco appearance I have located it in the 1930s for now.
