Description
Marsham Court is an impressive Art Deco apartment building built on the site of the former Westminster Brewery.  On completion, the building included 147 fully furnished serviced flats that varied from well proportioned studios to good sized 1 and 2 bedoom apartments.  Apparently when it opoened in the 1930s, it came with a full compliment of staff including butlers, maids, kitchen staff and waiters.  There was also an in-house restaurant and cocktail bar which in later years was leased to a private company that turned it into a popular local venue attracting celebrities and politicians.
