Description
This 12-storey office block on Lancaster Place is described as having ground level retail and office space plus a further eight upper floors of offices. There are also two tiers of roof plant space, stepped back from the main elevations.  The building is clad in Portland stone.



There are coats of arms over the entrances.  The one below appears to be the coat of arms of the Duchy of Lancaster.





Above the doors on Lancaster Place are what appear to be the Westminster City Council coats of arms.
