Description
Pevsner describes it as "..commercial moderne"  The centre of the building above the entrance is recessed.  On either side are five large, angled, steel framed windows.  Above and below the windows are narrow sills and lintels with curved ends.  At street level there are shops on either side of the entrance that are framed with polished black stone.  Portland stone frames the attractive entrance doors.
