103 Church Street, Toronto, Canada

Architect
Charles Dolphin
Date Built
1932
Location
Corner of Church Street and Richmond Street
Description
Also described as the J. Frank Raw building, this art deco office building is credited to Charles Dolphin, the architect of the Toronto Postal Delivery Building, the facade of which is now incorporated into Toronto Air Canada Centre.  Clad in limestone 103 Church Street features ziggurat-like setbacks and hexagonal windows, and decorative metal panels and balcony rails.

You can see the entrance to 103 Church on the right of the image above.  105 Church was occupied by the Golden Thai restaurant when I took these photos.  It appears that it is now a franchise of "Wild Wings" and the Golden Thai has moved to 107 Church.
