Date Built
1907

Description
Designed by the architects who were responsible for the Liverpool Cotton Exchange, located directly across Edmund Street.  It was apparently used originally as a warehouse for the Cotton Exchange and the close relationship is revealed in the use of the same cast iron metal plates that decorate the side of the building.

Today, Orleans House is an office building managed by Bruntwood who say that it,
"
... provides an unrivalled quality of refurbished office space in the heart of Liverpool’s business district. With communal areas displaying an exceptional attention to detail, Orleans House will impress your staff and guests from the moment they arrive."
